Proud owner and broker Andrew McLellan has been in the real estate industry for approximately seventeen years. The first six years of his real estate career were spent in property management. He then spent about five years working as a sales representative for various valley home builders. Andrew’s experiences with other Real Estate companies eventually led him to obtain his Real Estate Brokers license with dreams of enhancing the real estate experience for new and seasoned agents. Andrew along with his partner Brent Larsen had greater vision of what a real estate company should entail and how the right organization could serve the agents needs better than the traditional established companies.
Brent Larsen is also an owner of First Class Realty and keeps on top of managing the day to day operations of the company. With over ten years experience in Real Estate which includes time as a loan officer and underwriter for Bank One, Brent has made a name for himself as a multi-million dollar producer. His dreams of being a top producer were exceeded by his dream to run his own brokerage, improving on the traditional standards of real estate.

We also understand that real estate is a constantly changing business; therefore, we give our agents the option to change commission plans as often as once every three months if the structure of their own business has changed significantly.
